Considering a splurge this week for V-day?
Keep it simple and indulge at home with this quick recipe.
Mexican Chocolate Fondue:
1.5 cups of chocolate chips (Enjoy Life makes vegan chocolate chips, or you can use whatever you have!)
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
pinch of sea salt
If you have a double broiler, melt it over the stove. Otherwise, just use the microwave (estimate 1 minute per 1 ounce of chocolate).
After the chocolate is melted, stir in the other ingredients.
Dip your fresh fruit, graham crackers, or pretzels in the mexican chocolate and enjoy!
