Yoga gives us time, space, clarity, and love. Love for ourselves, our community, and our environment.
It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and push off your practice, but mastering a few simple poses will keep you connected to all the yoga awesomeness.
Try easing into child’s pose, raising up into a seated pose, stretching back into downward dog, and pushing forward into plank. Finish by resting back in downward dog or puppy pose. Hold each pose for 5-8 breaths (depending on your level of comfort).
